Oh. My. Gosh…you guys! If you love Thai food…..this place MUST be on the top of your list. Dare I say, BEST Thai food in Utah! We absolutely loved Big Mango Bangkok Kitchen. It is a new restaurant in Riverton and such a needed place for the Utah food scene. They have so many options to choose from. The star of the show is the double smash burger. WOWOW! Everything is full of flavor and you will also love their classic Thai dishes.
The most authentic Pad Thai in the state. And I’m still thinking about the Khao Soi Curry. AHHH just everything was so so good. The owner Nina is from Bangkok, so you know the food is authentic. Put this on your list for date night, girls night or go alone..just GO! Head to Big Mango if you are in the area!
