Last week we finally tried Oishi Ramen in South Salt Lake City! I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now after hearing several people I know rave about their HANDMADE noodles! Well, I can honestly say I will absolutely be back to order that Spicy Tonkotsu again because it was soo delicious!

I was able to go back into the kitchen and watch them hand-pull the noodles and I have honestly never seen anything like it! They somehow turned a ball of dough into stringy noodles in a matter of seconds?! Truly incredible and you really can taste the difference with the noodles being so fresh.

My kids and I also loved the shrimp fried rice, the crab wontons, and of COURSE, the edamame. George could honestly eat edamame for every meal it’s the cutest thing.
